Refund Policy

KeepIT is sold as a one-time payment that unlocks exporting, importing and sending to a supervisor for life.

14-day refund

If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email keepmntx@gmail.com. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

After a refund

The paid features are switched off on your account. Your log entries stay saved and you can keep adding entries.
